| I have checked almost all net to find answers to some questions about Tal 250k with no results. Is there anywhere detailed revief of the scope? Following Mr. Maslikov suggestion I have decided to ask directly on this forum. 1. First of all we can read at NPZ page that Tal 250k maximum field of view is 33"(with 25mm SP 1,25" eyepiece ). Is i realy maximum available field of view or if I use 2" 40mm field would be biger? My question is: what is radius (mm) of maximum FOV in focal plane? 2. All of Tal 200k users know that if you look inside tube and compare light reflcted directly from main mirror to the light reflected ater double passing corrector lens you can easily see difference. Light after passing corrector is yelow. My second question: Is corrector in Tal 250k made of another glass wchich is transparent, or we can expect yellow views again? What is corrector lense transmission coefficient at 400 nm? 3. Is Tal 250k high quality system in terms of production process. I know that main mirror is going to be completed with interferogram to ensure 1/10 wave. What about whole system? I am not asking about colimation. My last question: What is guaranteed waveform for the whole system, is it better than 1/10 wave? Do you perform any test? I find answering those questions for most potancial Tal 250k users. Regards |

Безусловно, поле будет больше, в случае с окуляром UWA 24мм и полем 80?, поле в пространстве предметов будет 54', т.е. 7' по краю поле будет виньетировано (отсекатель рассчитан на 2ω = 40'), что глазом вы не уви-дите. Если же хотите вообще невиньетированное поле, то можно отвер-нуть трубку-отсекатель и тогда невиньетированное поле будет 2ω = 1,3?. Линейное поле зрения окуляра UWA 24мм - 40 мм. 2. Желтизна в ТАЛ-200К была связана с покрытием линзы корректора, ко-торое должным образом не было проконтролировано в небольшой пар-тии приборов. 3. С волновым фронтом 1/10 лямбда у нас, конечно же, далеко не все зер-кала. Сборка ведется компенсационным методом, т.е. небольшой астигматизм зеркала и корректора могут компенсироваться, поэтому телескоп в сборке может иметь лучший волновой фронт, чем отдельное зеркало. Сейчас решаются некоторые организационные вопросы по снятию ин-терферограмм с ТАЛ-250К в сборе, в самое ближайшее время эти во-просы будут решены. |

I don't understand one point, If Линейное поле зрения окуляра UWA 24мм - 40 мм anf focal length of Tal 250k is 2130mm this means that field of view with this eyepiece is 65' not 57'. Over 12' at the eddge будет виньетировано! Is this visible for an eye? 2. Do you know how complete Tal 250k is paked? In a single wooden box like Tal 200k or 2 or 3 boxes? Are they as fine finished as Tal 200k? 3. What is guaranteed волновой фронт for the whole system of Tal 250k? Regards |

| 1. Да, 65?. Виньетирование 12? визуально совершенно незаметно. 2. ТАЛ-250К пакуется в 3 ящика. 3. 1/6 лямбда. |
